A house is such a wild mix of the emotional, physical, financial, and practical aspects of life and i’m feeling grateful to have been around for a small part of that.
M + K closed on the sale of their East Tacoma bungalow last week.
M and I house/dog sat in this home before we were even really friends, and i’m so touched to have been trusted to list their home.
They navigated multiple time zones, multiple offers, making some quick, tough decisions, and ultimately landing smoothly at the closing table a few days ahead of schedule.
Thrilled for the next chapter of their lives and happy for the new owners to carve out their own piece of tacoma and to throw the ball with meaty next door 🐾
