For all the moving parts in a real estate transaction, it’s common that even the smoothest of transactions experience a bit of turbulence at some point. (And that’s okay!)
This was one of those rare instances where things just rolled along nicely from start to finish and those experiences should be celebrated!
K + I connected last spring about starting to look for their first home. After missing out on our first offer, we took some time and kept an eye on things. When the right one came on – just 5 days on the market – we wrote a strong offer, kept our timelines tight, and were under contract that day!
With a well-cared-for home and tidy upgrades, we sped through inspections. Having an amazing title + escrow team, and great cross-agent communication we sailed through appraisal and onto closing a month later without any hangups or issues.
Every home comes with a different strategy – trying to balance expectations, seller motivation, and the financial side of things but there’s power in being prompt, organized, and dialed in.
