Relationships are hands down the best part of working in this industry. I reconnected with A + C last year to help them find a space for their growing fam and 6 months later it was time to sort out a plan for the first home.
We spent a few months making plans, they put a ton of time and effort into making it as perfect of a place for a new owner as possible. Every inch of this home was given some attention.
With all that prep-work and planning, we came on the market strong and despite a slow first weekend were under contract, above asking price just 6 days later and we were on our way!
Smooth inspection negotiations, and great communication all around made things chug along nicely.
It’s tough to say goodbye to a home that you’ve put a lot of love into, but that love really pays off when the time comes to move on.
Getting to work with folks for an extended period of time is really a special thing and not all real estate transactions are like that, so I’m gonna be grateful for the ones that are! Wishing all the best to the new owners of this gem, and constantly so grateful to be living and doing business in this town that I love.
